Glossy steak
I suggest You to cook a great steak from young beef. Just a few ingredients, and a real man's lunch is on the table.

Ingredients

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Beef

    900 g

Grate the zest, squeeze the juice from 1/2 of lemon and mix them with the sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman", honey and cognac. Beef steak with salt and generously spread the mixture.

Remove in a suitable container, tighten with cling film and leave in the fridge. I have the meat marinated 2 days. Looks like meat in 2 days.

Fry the steak in a pan with a little vegetable oil, but high heat for 2 minutes on each side.

Bring to desired degree of doneness (about my average) in the preheated oven at 220° for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and before slicing to let the steak "rest" for another 10 minutes.

Our beautiful steak ready! Outside it is covered with a stunning glossy crust, and the meat is pink inside (no blood, but very juicy and soft).
