Gave me as a mommy gift a culinary book. There is a lot of cool recipes. But somehow here they were all too pretentious. But this Japanese dish of it I have adopted. Its main advantage is quickly prepared. I have several of these sticks-vyruchalochka. Here is one of them.

Ingredients

  • Beef

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sesame

  • Ginger

I have been meat less for just one serving. Well, the rest of the ingredients I took correspondingly less. Unfortunately the photograph of the finished dishes come out not very successful. So let's start. Cut the meat into strips.

Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar and black pepper. A good whisk to emulsify. The sauce does not dissolve in oil, so it is necessary to achieve the suspended droplets.

Put the meat and put into the fridge for 30 minutes for marinating. Meanwhile you can grate the ginger.

Prepared meat and season with sesame seeds and ginger. In the recipe it is recommended to serve with rice and boiled vegetables. But from my own experience I should add - this "happiness" both hot and cold - a good appetizer to beer! Forgive me Japanese!
