Chicken hearts with pasta
Mmmmmmm... that's lunch... eat we are happy to... three servings a day... we don't need more :))) Remember how in the "Ice age-2 the" vultures sang this song? As I understand them!!! Offer you a delicious lunch, consisting of quite a traditional cooked chicken hearts and not quite traditionally prepared pasta. Yummy!!!

Ingredients

  • The pie

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 tsp

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cut the hearts in half to the frying pan with heated oil on a small fire

While languishing hearts, peel carrots and grate on a coarse grater.

Finely chop a large onion (don't forget to pre-clean ;-) my bow was purple, but it does not matter.

Put the vegetables to the hearts, sprinkle with salt (I used soy sauce),

Put 3 teaspoons of tomato paste, stir, add hot water from kettle and leave to languish for another 20 minutes on maaaaaaalenikii fire

And now the fun begins! Put DRY pasta in the pan with hearts,

Stir add water (if liquid a little) and continue to simmer under a lid until cooked pasta. She comes in about 10 minutes (depending on pasta themselves). From time to time open the lid and stir.
