Buckwheat porridge
Just... it's very simple, but no less delicious! A wonderful option to diversify the post or just a boring mess.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Squid

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

For this dish we'll need a slow cooker. I multivarka Vitek VT-4211 W. First install the program "Cooking" for 10 minutes. Fry in vegetable oil grated carrots and sliced onion half rings.

2 minutes before the end add the chopped narrow noodles, squid and stir.

Squid with vegetables set aside. Install the program "PORRIDGE" for 30 minutes and cook buckwheat.

Ready buckwheat mixed with squid. Leave it on the heating with the lid closed for 10 minutes.
