Potato salad with seaweed
I think that there are people who don't like seaweed. My husband is one of them, and I like it very much. Deciding to find an alternative, on Internet open spaces came across this salad. Making it for the first time, I thought that the husband will not appreciate, but the result exceeded expectations. Delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare salad will please even those who don't like seaweed.

Ingredients

  • Sea Kale

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Boil unpeeled potatoes, leave to cool and cut into cubes.

Cook hard-boiled eggs and also cut into cubes.

Cucumbers cut into cubes.

Finely chop the onion.

All chopped ingredients mix in a bowl.
