Salade de céleri Paris - delicious, light salad. To prepare this celery salad I didn't understand at all how it is?! And, for the first time trying the salad, pre-twisted. Imagine my surprise when celery was felt not in the lead role, and harmoniously combined with other ingredients. Appreciated the whole family. Found in the book "French kitchen".

Cooking
Celery root peel, wash and grate on a coarse grater. Instead of root you can use 3 stalks of celery.
Wash the apples, peel, cut into strips. Mix apples with grated celery, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir.
Cheese to grate, add to the bowl the celery. To prepare this salad you can use a cheese Emmental or Maasdam cheese.
Add light mayonnaise, mix well. Instead of mayonnaise you can use sour cream or natural yogurt. I didn't salted and peppered, this recipe is not and to me personally for flavor and not required, and you see to your liking.
