Description
Once in the restaurant I tried the khachapuri with the sauce... And then set a goal for ourselves to go there again and taste all the ingredients. Took the chakhokhbili and a little it altered. Since it is a sauce most importantly - reduced the number of chicken in the recipe. I have achieved the desired result and it was very tasty!!!

Cooking
Clean the chicken (I took the meat for the goulash)from the skin. Cut into medium pieces. Put in a cauldron, add a little oil, topped up with water ( so the meat was not closed it). Simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
While the meat cooked, Pour boiling water washed the tomatoes and leave them for 2 minutes. Then easily remove the skins.
Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Peel the garlic and cut into slices.
Mushrooms cut in half 2 times and cut into slices.
Tomatoes, and mushrooms, cut in half twice and not very finely chop. A pepper can be arbitrary and half-rings. Peppers with tomatoes sent in a dry (no oil) heated skillet on medium heat, stirring, bring to calici.
In the chicken add onion, mushrooms, garlic, pepper and tomatoes. Then salt, pepper, add tomato sauce, vinegar, adjika, red pepper, cilantro, and Basil. Pour all of 500-700 ml of water, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for about an hour. 5 minutes before completion of cooking add chopped parsley. To this sauce I cooked khachapuri dough. It turned out - just yum!!! Suggest khachapuri to drench in sauce and eat. Bon Appetit!!!
