It so happened that every spring I make a Chinese cabbage salad with fresh cucumber and herbs. There we finished almost every day (presumably, in the spring lack of vitamins). So to the salad, and attached to the name "Spring". But, if the ingredients of the salad many years has never changed, it is the seasoning ingredients many times been amended. And for the third year filling it in, as I will discuss below. But, no! cunning! This year the gas station also suffered one change. Instead of salt, soy sauce TM Kikkoman. And I'm sure that this is the last change!

Cooking
Cabbage, cucumber, onion, dill - wash and dry.
Shinkuem cabbage. Cut the cucumber (I like this salad cucumber cubes), dill, green onions.
