Steam dumplings
The dough we will have the yeast. For a few it becomes very delicate and airy. A lovely family Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 pinch

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Sugar

    15 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Dried fruits

Mix the dry ingredients. Gradually add water and knead the dough.

Sent to heat for 30 minutes.

Mix all ingredients for cheese filling. The pre-cheese to wipe through a sieve, to avoid lumps.

I cooked in a slow cooker for a couple. 10 minutes and you're done. Only fit just 3 of dumpling. If you have a steamer several floors, it is more convenient.
