Cabbage salad
Like a familiar part of the salad, but the spicy and fragrant spices makes this salad absolutely interesting and not beaten. Sweet corn can be very useful to complement the fresh and crunchy cabbage. Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 sprig

  • Cucumber

    0.5 piece

  • Zira

    0.333 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Shred cabbage, cucumbers cut into thin slices ( use a vegetable cleaning), dill finely chop. Salad lightly mash with your hands.

Add spices, salt, sugar, vinegar and oil. The amount of spices customize to your taste. Who likes sweeter, someone witty, someone is needed more acid. The only thing that Zira is necessary to pound in mill or mortar to a fine powder.

Add the corn and mix thoroughly the salad.
