Eggplant baked with tomatoes and Suluguni cheese
For eggplant lovers and not only!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Suluguni cheese

    300 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cut the eggplant lengthwise into thin slices, put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle lightly with salt (amount of salt in this recipe depends on how salty Suluguni).

On eggplant put the sliced tomatoes.

Tomatoes - garlic rings and some greens.

Top cover with all the cheese. I Suluguni do not RUB on a grater, and cut thin slices.

Again sprinkle with herbs and bake it in the oven, preheated to 200°C, for 30 minutes.
