Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Semolina

    1.5 cup

  • Meat

    0.5 kg

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

In boiling milk add butter, salt and gradually add grits, stirring quickly with a spoon

and on low heat cook it for 5-7 minutes.

Then add raw eggs, knead well and divide into tortillas.

Simultaneously cook the meat, skip it twice through a meat grinder

(or chop in food processor). Optionally add fried onions.

Meat spread out on pellets of semolina, the edges connect and form the desired shape.

Roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
