Died down the new year holidays and we are waiting for spring.. and in anticipation of the holiday of March 8! And who knows, maybe this dessert will be a worthy treat on the festive table in honor of March 8!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Gelatin

    4 g

  • Mascarpone

    100 g

  • Vanilla

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Coffee natural

    1 tsp

  • Whiskey

    2 Tbsp

Soak gelatin in a small amount of cream and leave to swell. Then dissolve gelatin in a water bath until dissolved. Will beat into a soft mousse of mascarpone with 2 table spoons of powdered sugar.
