Wipe cottage cheese through a sieve. 3 whisk the protein into a thick foam and mix with cottage cheese. Add to the cream cheese and icing sugar according to your taste. Instead of 3 protein to put 2 whole quail eggs, not whipping them, then the curd will be yellow in colour.
