Chocolate mousse
Very gentle, delicate, refined, elegant dessert will decorate your holidays and weekdays.

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    120 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

1. Melt in a water bath white chocolate.

2. Separately melt the dark chocolate.

3. To whip the cream. Divided into two parts. Into one part stir white chocolate into the other - black, leaving a bit of dark chocolate for the decoration of dessert.

4. Sort glasses the mixture of half dark chocolate, half white. Put into the refrigerator for a few hours. I cleaned all night.
