Cooking
On a plate put lettuce.
On top cut into half rings avocado slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. In the middle I put the pieces that do not fit into the overall picture:) It's the middle of the flower.
Pieces of thinly cut fish cut lengthwise to get long strips. And slightly twisted them, put between slices of avocado. In the middle to put the twisted rosette on a piece of fish.
Boiled eggs peel and cut into slices. Beautifully put in between the fish and avocado. Make a dressing from lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil and pour it over a salad. Everything is ready. Bon appetit!
