The basis of this alcoholic dessert is a strong drink - absinthe (in this case, 55-degree liqueur based on it) and two kinds of ice cream: vanilla and "green tea with Jasmine". This texture allows you to maximize the herbal taste of absinthe and mitigate its bitterness.
Melt vanilla ice cream. Pour it in a deep glass and add the absinthe.
Spread on top of ice cream "green tea".
All pour cream. Do not stir!
On top of a little sprinkle with cinnamon.
The remaining space is filled with whipped cream from a container. Ready dessert decorate and serve immediately. The bottom layer is consumed through a tube, and the top is eaten with a spoon.
