Salad-toppings a-La Mimosa
I really like the original salad "Mimosa". But lately I try to avoid mayonnaise in your diet. So, a little experimenting with the ingredients, picked up a set that is very similar to "Mimosa", the same hearty and delicious. But at the same time without aggravating refills. It can also be used as a spread for sandwiches. Besides, it is very quick to prepare. Anyone interested, come on in.

Cooking

step-0
The secret of this salad in the selection of products. Namely, the canned goods must be in oil, if you like fatter, or in its own juice if you like it's lean. It is also very important to take this salad quality soft and processed cheese. On photos I have posted three versions of these bars that we have in Ukraine. You can choose from what is sold to you. I used salad three cheese one type (the one to the left, with the cow :)).
step-1
First of all put to boil the eggs. Canned with oil or water (depending what you use) put in a bowl where you will prepare the salad. (I mix the ingredients right in the bowl where I keep the salad, as it is not prepared for guests, and for yourself).
step-2
And mash fish with a fork.
step-3
If the cheese is rubbed, RUB it on a coarse grater, if not, just mash with a fork in the same dishes where our fish.
step-4
There also grate the cooled boiled eggs and squeeze the peeled garlic.
step-5
Mix all the ingredients. Salt is not necessary, because the canned and the cheese is already salted. If you have a salad turned out to be not salty, you can salt. Place in a salad bowl and garnish with greens. Our salad is ready. It is quite soft and juicy and does not require additional charging. Try it and you will like it.
step-6
It can also be spread on bread or to fill edible baskets for salads. Bon appetit!
