Cooking
Funches boil in boiling salted water 7-10 minutes, then wash it under running water. Fill it with cold water and leave for 15 minutes. Drain off the water. Our funcheza ready.
Pepper, cucumber, and daikon cut into thin strips, carrots grate on a grater. Add these vegetables to funtcase.
Onions cut is not very finely and fry in oil until Golden brown. add it to the vegetables. Sprinkle all with seasoning, pour soy sauce and stir. Allow to infuse for about an hour and Bon appetite!
