Interesting dish of baked puff pastry stuffed with crab sticks. The puff pastry gives the penechki lightness and tenderness. A great snack that easy to make.

  • Crab sticks

  • Cheese

  • Parsley

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Puff pastry

1. Grate cheese on a small grater, crab sticks on a coarse grater. Grind the herbs.

3. Grease the dough with sour cream. Sprinkle with crab sticks, cheese (reserve a little for later) and herbs.
