Ingredients

  • Lentils

    150 g

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

Soak in boiling water dried apricots and nuts

In boiling, salted water add the lentils and cook according to the instructions

Sauté finely chopped onion in a small amount of oil

Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a blender, add spices to taste (I have a mixture of peppers) and grind until smooth. Put into a bowl, decorate as desired.
