Miracle-porridge with chicken from the pot
Remember from the movie "one, two, three, pot, cook"... This millet porridge is a surprisingly tender and tasty. I'm usually not a fan of millet porridge, just know what is healthy and kids like to make it clear? Question? Well, here is my solution, flew suddenly!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    300 g

  • Millet

    1 cup

  • Spices

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Chicken meat (I had a quarter chicken) cut into pieces. Lightly fry on the pan.

Put them in the pot.

In a pan, where roasted meat, pour 2cups of water, 1 tbsp oil, add Bay leaf, salt, and pepper.

Washed millet distributed in the pots.

Pour the broth from the pan.

Cover with lids or foil and put in a slightly heated oven and cook at 170 degrees for about 40-50 minutes until tender.

To the finished porridge add Stalowa tablespoon of oil. The gruel is ready!
