I was bummed yesterday a new mold and decided it was something to fill. Came across minced pike-perch and perch... Looked at a few recipes and, as usual, had its way. Easy, simple dish and with a few changes (remove the yolks and/or butter, cook the fish beforehand) will fit even under a strict version of the popular diet №5. And come to lean the table.

Cooking
Quickly brew from a glass of milk and a tablespoon of flour white sauce, spread it uh... 70 grams of butter (dumped on the eyes)
Defrost and mash the minced fish, detachable egg whites from the yolks, mix the yolks with the stuffing.
Add to the meat sauce, sprinkle with salt, knead well.
Whisk the whites to a froth, gently introduced into the minced meat (do not overdo it, and then the foam will sit)
The most time-consuming and complex to implement step of the recipe - put in a greased form... :-)
