Cooking
Crab sticks cut into rings and place on a platter in an even layer. Top well grease with mayonnaise.
To pickle onions. Onion red or white (aesthetic taste), one Cup water, 2 teaspoons of vinegar - 70% (4 table spoons vinegar – 9%), 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt without slides. To prepare the marinade – mix the water, vinegar, salt sugar. Boil is not necessary. Pour the marinade and onions. Tightly close it and store it in a cool place for 20-25 minutes. Then drain the marinade. Pickled onions ready.
Squeeze the onions from the excess liquid and place the second layer, brush with mayonnaise.
Eggs boil, peel and cut into rings. Put the third layer, brush with mayonnaise.
The fourth layer put corn. Grease with mayonnaise.
Kiwi peel and cut into thin slices. Place on layer of corn. Put in cold and allow to soak for 1-2 hours.
