Cooking
Ready to take the chicken mince (we buy chicken in the store ready), add finely chopped onions, herbs and washed raw rice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Egg sorry, added a bit, about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mix well.
Make a sauce. Of onions, carrots and tomato make peretarka as for soup, add a leaf Lavrushka. Dilute with water to about half of the pan (my pan aboard height of approximately 4 fingers). Salt, pepper and sharim. To taste, that was... well, tasty ;-)
Generated from minced meat balls and immediately sent them to our boiling sauce. Cover with a lid, turn down the gas fire and... forget about them for 20 minutes ;-)
