Spring rolls with mushrooms and vegetables
I confess to you honestly that till today rolls I never made, and the spring rolls even more. A long time I laid eyes, finally tried it and was very pleased!!!

Ingredients

  • Rice paper

For this recipe we will need 150 grams of Japonica rice TM Mistral.

Boil the rice in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. To cool it down.

Then boil the carrots. Remove seeds from pepper, then chop it up and carrots into thin strips.

Here is the rice paper.

Put a sheet of rice paper on a cutting Board, wet your hands in water and moisten with wet hands sheet on either side. The paper does not immediately soak, so do not be afraid. If suddenly you overdid the water, you can blot with a paper towel.

On a sheet of paper to put a spoonful of rice, carrot, bell pepper and some mushrooms, roll once to cover the filling.

Bend the side of the paper and attach a sprig of dill so it was sticking out of roll. Then tighten the roll to the end. Try to tighten the roll as tightly as possible.

The finished rolls are best to put vertically, so they don't stick to the plate and to each other. Serve with soy sauce, you can also sprinkle them spring rolls.
