Salad of chicken fillet with curry
Light, fresh, juicy salad fried chicken curry with the addition of Chinese cabbage and sweet pepper. Very harmonious taste!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Red sweet pepper

    180 g

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Parsley

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

Chicken fillet cut into small cubes.

Pepper peel and cut into cubes of the same size.

Cabbage cut into small cubes.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the chicken pieces over high heat for several minutes.

When the chicken begins to brown, season with salt and pepper, add curry and mix well. When the chicken is fully cooked, add wine vinegar, mix well. Then remove from heat and cool.

Cabbage and pepper mix, add chopped parsley and chicken together with the liquid formed in the process of roasting. Mix well. It is desirable to give the salad to stand for at least 20 minutes.
