Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add to the butter-sugar mixture vanilla and eggs, beat again.
Separately mix: baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and flour.
Add to dry mixture and chocolate drops.
Mix the dry and liquid parts, remove the adze in the fridge for 10 minutes. The dough's consistency is "Nutella", similar to thick cream...
Put the dough with a tablespoon on a baking tray lined with baking paper, greased with a little oil or silicone Mat (it does do not need to grease). I got 30 pieces.
Bake cookies about 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool down on the sheet for another 2-3 minutes before removing (as it is very delicate and can break).
