Description
One day I was treated to a pickled honey mushrooms. The dish I really liked, and had a salad. The taste is spicy and savory. Very well suited to meat dishes. The products are quite affordable, and the salad itself is very simple, but the secret is in the marinade.

Cooking
Gonna marinate the mushrooms. Mix olive oil with soy sauce, honey, grated ginger. Mushrooms cut in small pieces and pour with marinade. Leave for 15 minutes.
Thinly cut the onion in long pieces and marinate in lemon juice or vinegar mixed with boiling water (50: 50). Also leave for 10 minutes.
Broccoli can be used raw, but I prefer a little boil. Literally 5 minutes to keep crisp. Cut into pieces. Is not very small.
There also add marinated mushrooms and pickled onions pressed.
Can barely fill a marinade of mushrooms or, if you are very serious, just add olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. You can even crumble a boiled egg. I added, I liked.:-)
