Simple nejropatii dessert. While this looks impressive, tasty and not Laden with calories. Might come in handy for the Christmas feast. I want to give Oksanochka, her girls (and her husband) - para_gn0m0v.

Cooking
Take the grapefruit wash, cut in half, cut out the middle, leaving a "Cup" intact. Gently fileroom, better to do it over a bowl, as the juice flows.
In a pan melt the butter.
Put the pulp of grapefruit, simmer a couple of minutes.
Take an Apple, remove the core, cut into cubes and add to the grapefruit.
Take the versatile brown sugar from "Mistral".
Add to the fruit sugar (2 tbsp) and dried cranberries, stir and simmer until thick about 10 minutes.
Cups of grapefruit put into molds (to stood steadily), fill them with fruit and berry mixture.
Take cold egg, beat with a mixer "until stable peaks". As expressed today Julia: if you want the bowl to turn, that protein should not fall on his head. However, my husband was surprised why the balls fall on his head.
Whipped proteins add to the brown sugar of the universal "Mistral" (1 tbsp.) and whisk another minute or two.
Put the beaten egg whites on top of fruit. You can use a cooking bag, I put just a spoonful of chaotic waves.
Top whites sprinkle with crushed pistachios. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven for the top layer and bake the meringue for 10 minutes.
Dessert can be served immediately, warm, cold. All the best to You!
