Description
Fast, easy, and most importantly delicious! In childhood my brother and I often left with my grandmother, and one day we very strongly quarreled. After a thorough investigation, the grandmother decided that the blame we both came up for us "useful" punishment. She made us cut the onions, which was the year very much. Shred approximately pounds and pouring the bowl of tears we made up, and grandma took pity and began to think what to do with our blanks... So our family had this dish. The meat is soft, juicy, and the onions add a piquant touch. And most importantly suited to any garnish!

Cooking
Pork bathed, dried and cut into small pieces.
To chopped meat add salt and pepper
Cut onion into half rings and place in bowl with pork
Add the mayonnaise and mix well, try the onion lightly pressing. Allow the meat to rest like this for 15 minutes so it lightly is marinated.
Then put all in a baking pan (on a baking sheet as you wish) and put in the oven (the baking temperature of about 200 degrees).
Bake until meat and onion are lightly browned (I have it prepared in about an hour, it all depends on the oven).
You can serve it with any side dish or as a standalone course. Bon appetit!
