Cooking
Cut the meat into thin strips no thicker than 1 cm, length 5-6 cm.
In a bowl, roll the meat on all sides in three tablespoons of starch. 1 spoon of starch to be postponed.
In a large skillet in one tablespoon oil to fry on medium heat the meat for about 3-5 minutes for frying each slice should be brown, if the bottom of the pan is not enough, fry the meat portions.
