Salad with squid and rice
A very interesting variation of the salad with squid! Hearty, delicious, healthy! Quite a remarkable lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    200 g

  • Rice brown

    100 g

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Linseed oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Boil in salted water rice. I have a rice aquatics color mix TM Mistral. Wonderful and very useful figure!

Squid cut into thin strips, Apple in small cubes. Combine with prepared and cooled rice

Grind herbs and cut boiled egg into small cubes. Combine with the salad.

Prepare the filling: mix the curd, mustard oil (you can take any fragrant oil - flax, olive, sunflower). Add pepper and salt to taste. Combine the dressing with the salad. Infuse in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
