Prepare sushi at home is not so difficult! And don't worry, even if You can't find nori sheets. Importantly, the right figure and the perfect proportion of filling. The filling can be absolutely any, on Your taste as salty classic (fish, moreproductive or meat) and sweet fruit (sushi fusion). And today I have just assorted sushi without nori. Try, very tasty ;)

Cooking
For sushi, I used the rice "Japonica" TM Mistral.
Boil the rice as directed on package and rinse the rice in three waters, pour water in the ratio 1:2, bring to boil and cook under lid on low heat for 20 minutes. Then fire off and leave rice for another 10 minutes. But in the meantime, mix the vinegar, sugar and salt. Stir the rice, doavit the prepared dressing, stir again, cool.
For ease of preparation I used a special form of sushi-press*. The form of rinse water, at the bottom of each cell to lay out Your chosen toppings (I had shrimp, slices of salmon and cucumber). *If You have no special shape, roll the rice balls (triangles or ovals) and top with Your chosen toppings. And, you can use silicone molds for ice.
To postpone 1/3 of the rice and mix it with chopped greens.
Cell with shrimp and salmon prepared to complete the usual rice. Cells with a cucumber to fill the prepared rice with herbs. Pat. Remove in the freezer for 1 minute.
Extract cooked sushi, turning the form, and pushing on top of each of the cells. Sushi with cucumber roll in sesame seeds.
Arrange the sushi on a plate and serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
