Salad of beef tongue and quail eggs
I offer a light salad of vegetables, beef tongue and quail eggs with ginger-cream dressing

Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

    150 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

  • Lettuce

    0.5 plug

  • Quail egg

    4 piece

  • Cucumber

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.333 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens
