Eggplants Afghan
I as always continue the description of Afghan dishes!=) A simple recipe to prepare very tasty!!! And I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil
