Our ingredients are.
Chocolate, nuts ( you can take any who as wants! ), biscuits "Amaretti"-"Amaretti" ( if you don't have it, then you can use biscuits "Savoyardy"-"Savoiardi" ) to grind into crumbs.(If the breadcrumbs, then add them here)
Separate the yolks from the whites. Proteins whisk with a pinch of salt, beat the yolks with the sugar, whip the cream. All gradually mix.
Once you have everything well mixed, add the remaining ingredients (walnut cookies and chocolate).Liquor is not necessary.
The dough is spread in a split mold with a diameter of 26 see Bake in the oven at 160° for 40 minutes.
