Pickle is loved by many. And what types of pickle, no! And with mushrooms, and buds, and without buds, and even (I saw somewhere) with fish. Today I cooked a soup with chicken broth. Decided to share the recipe.

Cooking
Cook chicken broth. If there is not a whole chicken - no problem. You can use a chicken soup kit, which I often practice.
Once the broth is ready, remove the chicken and separate the meat from it. Meat back into the broth. Bone - dog.
Carrot RUB on a coarse grater, and onion finely chop.
Onion and carrot fry in vegetable oil and put into the broth
Potatoes cut into cubes, wash in cold water and drain the water, add to the broth
Fry them in a pan with vegetable oil
And now a digression: Then the case for pearl barley. It is, of course, cooked for a very long time. So if you immediately add the broth, our soup will be cooked very long, all the vitamins will be digested and the benefit of this is, to put it mildly, "soup" will be zero. So the barley should take care in advance. Or her pre-boil until tender. Or do as I do: When I cook barley, I specially cook more. Part I use it, and the rest I freeze in cooked form in the freezer. And then, when necessary, to get it unfrozen, and she doesn't need to have a long time to mess around! Barley frozen is absolutely not spoiled, not snotty and not dry. Pulled out, thawed, and go! I get my barley from the freezer
Defrost under running hot water, put in a colander, and add to the broth
Then add chopped fresh herbs
Any overlay. And cook until tender.
