Salad
Bright and rich salad of fresh vegetables with the addition of ready meat. Vitamins and bright colors on the same plate, just what need after long winter.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Radish

    250 g

  • Cabbage Chinese

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Meat

    250 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Spices

Vegetables should be roughly the same amount of weight, plus one onion.

Carrot and radish RUB on a grater for Korean carrot on a coarse grater. To fill 1 full teaspoon of salt, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes. Onions cut into thin slices and cover with cold water. Chinese cabbage finely chopped.

Mix the sour cream or mayonnaise with mustard, liberally season with ground pepper, mix.

Drain the water from the bow, put it on a paper towel. From the vegetables to drain the separated liquid, squeeze them well and mix with cabbage and onions. Meat cut into thin strips and add to the salad.

Season the salad and add salt and spices.

Place them on a dish, decorate the salad to your taste.

If desired, this salad can be cooked with poultry meat, or no meat. Spices can also be varied to suit your preferences. And top the salad with the mixture of oil with lemon juice, mustard and spices.
