My recipe is a little different from those that are already on the website. But Easter this recipe turns out very tasty and quite simple to prepare!

Cooking
Prepare the necessary products
Curd proteret through the screen or skip through Mincer. I ran through the blender. Add softened butter and mix well.
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the cream and stir.
Put egg mixture on a medium heat, bring to a boil and cook until then, until the mixture starts to thicken (I cooked 2.5 minutes after boiling). Then cool down the mass. It will be the consistency of very thick cream.
Raisins, apricots, prunes cut into small pieces.
Mix the cheese, nuts, chopped dried fruit, cold egg-butter mass. Thoroughly knead until smooth.
A lot need to put in a form, but if pasochnitsy no, you can use a new flower pot or a colander. I used the flower pot. Pot cover with cheesecloth, folded in five layers. Edge gauze should hang.
The edges of the cheesecloth to wrap it in. Put the form in a plate or bowl, as it will drain the whey. You can cover with a plate or saucer.
