My debut here:). My family loves airy meringue. This time I decided to diversify their taste... coconut. The smell of coconut just knocks down:))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Coconut shavings

    100 g

Take the necessary ingredients

To separate the protein from the yolk and gradually add sugar, whisk a protein into a thick, solid foam

Add in beaten egg white shredded coconut, and stir gently

The resulting mass with 2 teaspoons spread on a baking tray lined with paper

Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Enjoy your tea:)))
