Almonds to grind. Beat the whites until fluffy. To postpone three tablespoons of powdered sugar for the glaze. Add to proteins remaining sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, mix well. I used vanilla sugar Dr. Otker with natural vanilla.
Pour the almonds and replace the dough. It will be quite dense and sticky. The dough is put in a bag and clean for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Working surface, sprinkle with sugar and roll out the dough using plastic wrap or parchment. Cut biscuits with cookie cutter or glass. Cover the cookies with icing. This delayed icing sugar mixed with lemon juice. Leave to dry for 1.5-2 hours. Bake in a preheated 160°C oven for 10-15 minutes. Hot cookies decorate with sprinkles. I have from Dr. Otker.
