This recipe is a beautiful combination of tender Turkey meat, creamy cheese and fresh spinach. A big plus of this dish can be served hot or cold.

Cooking
Cut Turkey breast across and hit with a hammer.
On one half, spread fresh spinach leaves.
To them creamy blue cheese. If you don't have cheese, you can use Philadelphia classic and add Your favorite cheese.
Gently roll the Turkey roll. Season with a little salt.
Put in cake pan or bread, pour milk and sprinkle with mixture of Italian herbs. Baked in milk Turkey becomes incredibly tender, and will not allow the oven to dry out the meat. Bake about 30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
From the finished roll drain off any excess liquid, cut into slices and serve.
