I want to offer you one of my biscuits. Recipes, of course, a lot, but this is the most favorite and almost always succeed. Cooking and cakes, and rolls. Today I have cake with blackcurrant jam and oranges. Prepared night, spontaneously, so there's a lot of photos. Daughter took some shots in the morning and forced to put on the website.

Cooking
So, the biscuit (sorry if it is already on the website). The yolks separated from whites, yolks RUB with half the sugar white. Proteins whisk with the remaining sugar in a thick foam. All mix, preferably by hand, gradually adding the sifted flour.
The oven pre heat, baking make oiled paper. The finished dough pour on a baking sheet and bake immediately, otherwise you'll fall off.
Bake at t=180C for 20-30 minutes. The oven do not open!!! (usually this time is enough). Prepared jelly and sliced oranges; when the sponge is ready, turn off the oven and open, but the pan is not removed to cool slightly.
Cut the cake in half lengthwise, missed blackcurrant jam. The top is slightly smeared cold jelly, put the slices of orange and coated the remaining jelly. Have left overnight to soak.
In the morning cut portions largest orange rings. It turned out that 12 of these delicate pastries. Enjoy your tea!
