Cooking
Mix mayonnaise with soy sauce, I have a TM Kikkoman. Then add instant gelatin and mix well.
Take the silicone molds. Crab sticks to get it out of the freezer, so they are slightly thawed. Then cut them into strips. At the bottom of the silicone mold spread a little mayonnaise mass. Then spread a layer of crab sticks. Eggs peel and separate whites and yolks. Put the yolk in the center of the molds, and the layers will spread around him.
The next layer of boiled rice. Mass of mayonnaise. Rice will be two layers in each mold, so divide equally the amount of rice. Since I'm making two molds, there should be 4 parts rice, two parts of each mould.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Put over rice. Lubricates mayonnaise ground.
Proteins RUB on a small grater. Lay out a layer of protein, mass of mayonnaise. The final layer of rice and pour mayonnaise ground. Molds put in the fridge to solidify. Then a salad out of the molds and spread on a plate.
