Again comes the offseason... In these times is trying to boost immunity folk remedies. Recently found one recipe and want to share it with you, dear cooks.

Ingredients

  • Aloe

    4 piece

  • Honey

    5 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    10 piece

Necessary products the leaves of the aloe wash, to remove the spines. Scroll them through a meat grinder together with the kernels (I shredded in food processor). Add honey. In the morning, to eat one teaspoon. Store in the refrigerator. Celebrate spring beautiful and healthy![color=red][/color]
