Sherbet condensed milk
Delicious sorbet with lots of delicious fillings will leave no one indifferent, come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Brown sugar

    2 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cashews

    0.5 cup

  • Peanuts

    0.5 cup

  • Raisins

    0.333 cup

Cooking

Mix condensed milk with fine brown sugar TM "Mistral" (it will give the dish the most pronounced caramel flavor and dissolves quickly), add the butter and cook, stirring 30 minutes until a thick brownish state.

In the end, add 2 tbsp of liquid honey and cook, stirring, another 3 minutes.

Cashew nuts cut into 3 pieces, and along with peanuts

And raisins to put in the fondant.

All carefully mix and put in silicone molds to cool.
