The rice in the pan for 30 minutes
This recipe I found somewhere on the Internet... the taste of the dish turns out similar to pilaf, but... our rice will be without meat. For this recipe the rice turns crisp and juicy. Come and try, cooked very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Water

    2 cup

Cut the onion into cubes.

Three on a coarse grater carrots.

In frying pan, pour oil. Just a little to coat the bottom. It is possible and more. This is at your discretion. Put in the butter our carrots and onions. And fry on a medium heat.

When our vegetables are ready, add to them a Cup of rice (rice is washed before doing this)...

... and stir for 30 seconds to make the rice a little heated and has absorbed the juices.

Add 2 cups of water (Cup are the same as for rice).

Put on a slow fire. Cover with a lid and wait. You don't even have to interfere, the rice is undercooked.

After 10 minutes, salt, add spices (all to your taste). Leave for another 15 minutes... (the rice to cook until it will not absorb all the water.

... and our dish is ready. It is possible to try.

You can serve it with anything. Today I had meatballs and vegetable stew in a slow cooker.
