Cooking
Grind the chocolate.
Melt water bath butter with sugar and chocolate.
Mix the flour with the yeast.
Knead-in-law of the flour and the butter-chocolate mixture.
Add to the dough eggs, pistachios, cognac and vanilla; mix well.
Mould for baking grease oil, sprinkle flour, spread the strawberry pieces on top - a little sprinkle with flour;
Put the chocolate dough into 2-3 cm high and bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 30-35 minutes.
The finished cake to cool and cut into pieces "BROWNIES". Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!!!
