Cooking
Pumpkin cleaned, RUB on a coarse grater.
Remove the shell from the cooked sausage and cut into small cubes.
Yolks RUB with butter,
combine with pumpkin, sausage, beaten egg whites,
salt, pepper and add the flour.
Mix thoroughly.
Spread pancakes with a spoon into hot oil. Fry on both sides.
Pancakes served hot. Served separately tomato sauce or ketchup.
